There’s a certain feeling I get when I get to document a wedding in my hometown, especially when couples plan it with intention, and that’s exactly what Claire & Preston did on their special day. I felt it when I walked into their home. The bridesmaids all sitting at the same table getting ready; no sense of rush in the room, there’s this instinct you feel as a photographer that this day was planned to be a celebration, but also a gathering. Everything from the handpicked decor to the song being played while Claire made her way to Preston was thought with pure intention and emotion. I couldn’t have asked for a more lovely wedding to end my 2025 season.
